Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Upper or Lower Back Pkg.

The Upper or Lower Back Pkg includes six laser sessions. We schedule treatments about four to eight weeks apart depending on hair growth cycles and skin type. Completing the full six-session series provides the best chance for significant, long-lasting hair clearance.

Most clients experience mild, tolerable discomfort, often described as snapping or warmth. Our devices include cooling systems and we offer topical numbing on request. Sessions are quick, and any redness or tenderness typically subsides within a few hours to a day.

Before sessions, avoid sun exposure and tanning. Do not wax, pluck, or bleach the area; shaving 24 to 48 hours prior is recommended. Discontinue topical retinoids as advised and inform us of medications or medical conditions to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Most clients achieve a substantial, long-term reduction in back hair with improved skin smoothness and fewer ingrown hairs. Results build over the six sessions; some individuals may need occasional maintenance treatments depending on hormones and hair regrowth patterns.

Common side effects are temporary redness, mild swelling, or follicular sensitivity that resolve within hours to days. Rarely, pigment changes or blistering can occur—especially with recent sun exposure. We perform a consultation and patch test to minimize risks and provide aftercare instructions.

Some clients notice reduced regrowth after the first one to two sessions, with more pronounced clearance by sessions three to four. Hair shedding can occur several weeks after treatment; optimal, long-lasting results are typically seen after completing the entire six-session series.
